A key priority in Adam’s work at Birchwood is to build constructive relationships with clients, as part of his focus on supporting them to achieve their financial goals in a way they are comfortable with.

Adam joined Birchwood as a paraplanner in 2006, after beginning his financial services career at General Accident – now Aviva – in 1998 and subsequently moving to Lloyds TSB as a branch-based financial adviser in 2005.

He has been managing his own Birchwood client portfolio since 2011 and his approach includes ensuring clients fully understand the options available to them as he provides comprehensive advice, directly linked to their goals and aspirations.

Adam’s qualifications include the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Financial Planning Certificates levels 1, 2, 3 and 4, plus the Institute of Financial Services’ Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Planning (CeMAP).

Adam is also continuing to study towards chartered status.
