Ema began her financial services career in 1993, initially gaining wide-ranging experience at leading providers, including Aviva and Canada Life, before moving into roles with financial advice organisations. She joined Birchwood in 2012 as a paraplanner and is now the Administration Manager.
Our clients and provider partners benefit from her focus on building strong professional relationships with them and delivering excellent customer service, as well as from her experience in group pensions, risk and her interest in investment business and portfolio management.
Ema holds the Chartered Insurance Institute’s (CII) Financial Planning Certificates 1 and 2 and the Financial Administration Pension Certificate.
