Birchwood Investment Management Ltd is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, therefore we do not issue refunds once the Financial Planning Service is accomplished and the work is completed and delivered to you. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon commencement of any service from us.
We will honour refunds for non-delivery of the service due delivery issues with your e-mail provider or postal service and do not receive a delivery from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to your Adviser or our Account department in writing within 7 days from the Invoice date. Otherwise the Financial Planning Service will be considered received and completed.
